- Device/Usage: IP address, device IDs, browser/OS, pages viewed, session duration, referring URLs, approximate location (city/region), diagnostic logs.

C. Information from third parties
- Payment Processor: transaction confirmations from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- CRM/Email & Support Tools: account/ticket status, interactions via ClickUp and Flodesk.
- Analytics/Ad Tech: engagement/attribution insights from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Integrations you connect: data you authorize partners to share so the Offering works.
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. Purchases require a credit card; we do not verify age. If you believe a minor provided personal information, send a removal request via the website contact form.
2) How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide & operate the Offerings (accounts, orders, delivery, support).
- Maintain a CRM for relationships, purchase history, notes/tags, lifecycle communications.
- Personalize & improve features and content; develop new products.
- Analytics & security (measure usage, debug, prevent fraud/abuse, ensure availability).
- Marketing/communications (with your choices respected).
- Legal & compliance (tax/records, enforcing Terms, lawful requests).
Where required, we will ask for consent (e.g., certain cookies/marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.
3) AI & Automation Disclosure
Our Offerings may use AI and automation to help deliver features and outputs. AI-assisted content can contain errors or bias. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying facts, and deciding suitability. Do not input confidential, sensitive, or regulated data unless your plan expressly supports safeguards and you have authority to do so.
4) Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run and improve our sites and Offerings.

- Performance/Analytics: usage measurement and improvements (Google Analytics).

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
5) CRM & Marketing Communications
When you purchase or create an account, we maintain a CRM record (contact details, purchases, interactions, tags, lifecycle stage) using ClickUp and Flodesk. We use this to:
- fulfill orders and provide support,
- send service/transactional messages, and
- send marketing messages you can opt out of at any time via unsubscribe or preferences.
6) How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed and permitted by law:
- Service Providers/Subprocessors: hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security, fulfillment, CRM/support (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, ClickUp, Flodesk, Stripe). We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.
- Business Transfers: merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or enforce our Terms.
- With Your Direction: when you connect integrations or request sharing.
We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by U.S. state privacy laws. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-outs.
7) Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Offerings, meet legal/tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify records in a reasonable timeframe.
8) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, vulnerability management, backups). No method is 100% secure. If a security incident affects personal data, we will take reasonable steps to mitigate harm and provide notices where legally required.

15) Data Processing & Security Addendum (Summary)
- Roles: The controller for personal data is LAT 1223, LLC d/b/a Driven Connection or a processor depending on the Offering. When acting as a processor, we process personal data only to provide/improve the Offering and as otherwise permitted by our agreement.
- Subprocessors: We use reputable vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, payments, support) and remain responsible for their performance consistent with this Policy.
- Deletion on Request: Subject to legal retention and feasibility, we will delete or de-identify personal data upon verified request or via self-service tools.
- Incident Response: For a confirmed personal-data incident, we will mitigate and notify where required.
- Detailed DPA: A more comprehensive Data Processing Agreement is available upon request if appropriate for your plan.
16) Acceptable Use (Privacy-Relevant)
To protect users and systems, we prohibit unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability scanning, or bypassing access/authentication. Violations may lead to suspension and may be logged for security/fraud prevention (see Terms).
17) Your Responsibilities
- Keep credentials secure and current.
- Review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.
- Don’t upload sensitive/regulated data unless your plan permits and you have authority.
- Comply with all applicable laws when using our Offerings.
18) Force Majeure (Continuity)
During events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, disasters), we will act in good faith to maintain privacy and security, but some services may be delayed or unavailable until normal operations resume.
